Hawkeye Preferred Tooling Group is a Blow Mold Manufacturing Specialist. Our shop has been built around providing total solutions for manufacturers of blow molded parts. From our in-house part and mold design capabilities to our High Speed CNC Machining Centers, we have the tools to produce World Class blow molds that help you optimize your processes.
Injection Molds
Hawkeye Preferred Tooling Group designs and builds injection molds to support our customers that design and produce both blow molded and injection molded products. With our Wire and Sinker EDM machines and up to date CNC machines, we can produce high precision injection molds for up to a 1500 ton press.
Plastics Production
Hawkeye Preferred Tooling Group designs and builds custom blow molds for every kind of industry. We also offer In-House mold sampling, so everything is to spec and functioning before your mold leaves shop door. We also offer low volume production runs up to a 20 lbs part.
